Sharp-shinned or Cooper's :)

An often difficult id - Sharp-shinned Hawk or Cooper's Hawk?
Until now I've usually relied on overall size, streaking (heavy or light) and head size to make an id, but now I'm not so sure after today's sighting. Here is another angle of today's bird. It's length was slightly longer than an American Crow (which were mobbing it unfortunately).
Oh well that's one of the benefits of this website - to help id birds!
Thanks,
Chris
