9 more species added to Quebec's
threatened/vulnerable species list:
-Caspian Tern, Roseate Tern, Yellow Rail,
-Harlequin Duck, Barrow's Goldeneye,
-Least Bittern, Red-headed Woodpecker
-Bicknell's Thrush, Cerulean Warbler.
Also, 5 more birds are moving closer to being placed
on the list: Nelson�s Sharp-tailed Sparrow,
Grasshopper Sparrow, Short-eared Owl,
